A friend gave me some old CD players. Inside I found some nice DAC chips like TDA1541A , 2* PCM56 , 2* PCM1702.
I don't use CDs anymore. My source of music is Raspberry Pi + Kali reclocker + DAC (I have 3 of them) System is Moode.
I'm not familiar with digital technology, so I have a question about PCM 56
. Is it possible to apply this DAC to work with the I2S signal from Rpi+Kali? On the internet I found solutions for TDA1541 and PCM1702.
I am able to design a pcb and solder it. Unfortunately, the DAC design is beyond my skills.
