Since there are many people here that make their own board. I thought this might be of interest. A gentleman at EEVBlog whipped this together.
PCB Shopper » Find the cheapest PCB manufacturers!
Basically, you enter in your requirements and it goes through a variety of PCB manufacturing shops and lets your know the prices to get your board manufactured. He is looking at adding more board houses as time goes on but he has all of the major ones on there. It's really convenient when you have oddly sized boards or want specific colors. He also lists a variety of PCB CAD programs that either are free or have free editions.
Just thought maybe some would be interested.

Well I guess that confirms that the mob I have just tried (Hescon electronics Co LTD) are keenly priced since the price they quoted was $346 inc shipping (to Australia) for 200 of 7.1 by 13 cm double sided PCBes whereas the price comparison site gives me the cheapest price as $350 and "Contact manufacturer for shipping costs."
Although before anyone else tries Hescon I am currently waiting delivery, so cannot yet confirm quality of the PCBes

Sachin,
If you own/work at a board house. You should link up with the guy that runs this site. He just runs this as a service and accepts any board house that wants to link up.

Hi Pedro,
I don't own any shop for PCB manufacturing, but I get special rates from few local PCB makers. So if anyone has any requirement I can definitely help.
That link you posted is really good and definitely helpful.

Sachin

Hi RJF,
I'm the guy who created PCBShopper.com. As PedroDaGr8 said, I'm always looking for new companies to add, especially if they have something to offer that the others don't. (I could spend the rest of my life adding Chinese manufacturers but since they're so similar, it wouldn't provide a lot of value to PCBShopper users.)
Alas, I don't think I can add Hescon. They don't describe their pricing formula on their web site and they don't have an online form that returns a price. So I guess they're a "contact the manufacturer" company.

Bob,
I suggested Emily (from Hescon) contact you, she did claim they had an automated system/formula available, but they would want to confirm pricing (which I figure most folk would do anyway) and then I am not sure if were suffering language barrier problem....
I will send you a direct message with her details if you want.
For the record, the PCBes arrived and etching, masking and plating all looks good (As good as ones I have paid more than three times the price for) of course there was nothing particularly challenging about these boards, (power supplies for mixing desks) only unusual thing is I did request 2 Oz copper and I have not assembled one just yet.
Only comment is the overlay line thickness does vary slightly, although still perfectly legible so no problem really.
I've added a major new feature to PCBShopper. You can now specify how quickly you want your boards to arrive.
Up until now, PCBShopper quoted prices based on the manufacturer's default lead time (the time between when you submit your order and when the boards are manufactured), and it showed you multiple shipping options. But if you were in a rush to get your boards, there was no way for you to indicate that you were willing to pay more for shorter lead times. Now there is.
In the Printed Circuit Board Specs form, there is now a field labeled "Boards arrive in". If you leave this set to "Default time", PCBShopper behaves as it did before: it quotes prices for the manufacturer's default lead time. But if you set it to a specific number of days (business days, actually), PCBShopper will quote shorter lead times and/or faster shipping. PCBShopper even figures out the cheapest way to get the boards to you on time, either by paying for faster shipping or paying for shorter lead times or a combination of the two.
Notice that you do not specify the lead time - it's PCBShopper's job to figure that out. Instead, you specify when you want the boards to arrive at your door.
As always, remember that PCBShopper's shipping times and prices are estimates. If you're on a firm schedule, double-check PCBShopper's numbers with the manufacturer. (The shipping prices are estimates, but the board prices are accurate - they come directly from the manufacturers' sites.)
