PCB for 3n1 input selector EIZZ -EZ-4003-800

I was searching for Plugs and found nothing, and also I thought so many wires are also useless...

So I designed a PCB.....I´ve done it as small as possible, so you have to use a kapton band or any kind of isolation if you push the pcb too close to the case of input selector.

what you think?....Any changes needed or suggestions?

Looks like some of the pcb pads could short to the metal case of the switch.
You should make a thin insulator layer made of Nomex etc. to go between the switch and pcb.
Kapton lacks the mechanical qualities that will be reliable for this function.
