PC Speakers

I am wanting to build a set of PC speakers. I want (2) 2 way bookshelf speakers, and a sub. I have never built any kind of loudspeaker before. What brands should i look at if im doing this on a limited budget? ANY help at all will be a great help, thanks.

About the design, how about trying it yourself. After all, this is DIY.
