Hi all,
Would like to have the recommendation on PC oscilloscope with the brandwidth at least 50mhz and can be as a spectrum analyzer.
Thanks in advanced

No practical experience but it seems you have at least the following clues:
National Instruments have a number of GREAT products which will fit your needs.
Cheaper products are available from www.tie-pie.nl www.pico.co.uk etc. There is also a French company that I no longer have the link to which delivers such functionality.
The trend is towards USB 2 and Firewire external units which suits me fine. Some models you have to go for PCI or PXI with the associated costs of at least PXI.

I've used a Velleman with good success in audio. Get the battery pack option for lower noise measurements.🙂
