As in recent years, my focus have shifted to tubes and tube amplifiers, I am considering selling some new parts for my future Firstwatt projects.
But what a realistic is price level?
These are the parts:
4 pcs. Lovoltech LU1014D J-FET power transistors
2 pcs. SONY 2SD82(KD-33) VFET power transistors
2 pcs. SEMISOUTH SJEP120R100A SIC power transistors
4 pcs. Toshiba 2SJ74 small signal J-FET

Prices will depend on whether devices are matched. Knowing the Idss of the toshibas would also help.
…and where you sourced them, the vfets and toshibas are often faked.
A matched pair of those vfets went for €150 a few months ago and you can take eBay seller punkydawgs as a price ref for the toshibas.

The VFETS are for sure 2SK82, not 2SD82?
For the others no price can be guessed, since some semisouths were given away for free by codyt/Nelson and also that LU1014D "group buy". So give them away cheap... I will take them, by the way.
No, I think as the semisouths did cost around 25 new back then... Maybe 80 EUR per device? I don't need them, just guessing.

Do you intend 2SK82 (SD is a Sanken BJT)? In this case I would be interested if you can tell me where you sourced them
Interested in "2 pcs. SEMISOUTH SJEP120R100A SIC power transistors" have tubes and cash for trade but I'm not sure how practical shipping delicate glassware is in the current global climate.
