Pangea P-100 power supply for Dacmagic

Well, 2 months after warranty has ended my power supply stopped working.
I replaced fuse and found it still not turn on and had a bad smell to it. So I opened it up and found C3 completely burnt out and cracked. Does anybody know the value or has schematics?

same problem many years later..
Have you find the answer for C3 part, what is it, and the value ?
Or perhaps you know Peter Madnick's email?
