Overloaded Speaker, Limiter Protection stuck on

Hi everybody,
I was testing a speaker I just finished fixing and, ironically, I overloaded it. Now the limiter LED is constantly lit and it's not making any noise. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Is the limiter built into your test amplifier?

It's a DB Basic 400. The limiter's built right in there's no way of resetting it or anything. There's a resistor on the circuit board which looks fried but I don't know if it was like that already or if that's the limiter?

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Sounds like one of the amplifiers has failed. Probably the bass amp due to overload.
