No but I'm having second thoughts on the info I was gave because I now own a 250 same gen and it has k1542 fets and the guy who told me these part numbers said those weren't correct. Now that I know they were correct after I pulled and trashed them I don't believe anything he said. The FETS are IRF3205 and both diodes are U1620G
Are both rectifiers 1620G or is one a 1620RG?
I'd likely have used the 3205s if I was doing the repair. The part number that he's referring to is an in-house part number. I don't think is was related to any semiconductor manufacturer part number. They did the same thing when they were using The E6229(?) in place of the 2N6488.

No they are not. They are both the same which I know will not work. So I need a 1620RG obviously. Which diode goes on which side of the board? Thanks for your help btw.
The center leg of the negative rectifier connects to the negative terminal of the rail caps and the emitters of the NPN output transistors.
