OPUS DAC: Right channel silent

Hi, I've enjoyed my OPUS for a while now but the right channel is silent.

Perhaps the most notable reading is 2.42VDC on each of the two Right output channels, measured at the vias beneath the Wolfson; the Left Channel + currently has the 22uF coupling cap removed (measured it) and its reading is 2.792VDC; the via which goes to the - cap and output reads .307VDC (still has the coupling cap installed). Replacing the cap on the Left + channel changes nothing.

Zapped my Wolfson chip?

-Both power supplies are +7.5V.
-Both the + and - R outs are silent.
-Have just pulled one of the Elna 22uF output caps and it measures at the correct value, not blown.
-Bypassed the terminal strip and soldered the hot terminal of the R output jack to the - terminal of one of the two 22uF output caps; nothing.
-Reset all DIP switch settings on both boards.
-Checked the RCA output jack for continuity on signal and ground and it's fine.
-Swapped the output cables and sound comes out of both amplifier/speaker channels from the OPUS Left output jack. Cables and the rest of the system check okay.
-All four receiver LEDs are green.

-Receiver board DIP settings are:
1: Top (toward teh four SMD resistors R4-R7)
2: Bottom
3: Bottom
4: Top

DAC board DIP settings are:

1, IS2: Up (toward the silkscreened text, away from the power terminal strip/edge of the PCB)
2, DSD: Down
3, DEEMPH: Down
4, MODE: Down
5, IWO: Up
6, DIFFHW: Down
7, FSEL: Middle
8, MUTE: Top
9, OSR, Middle

Thank you for the great projects!
