Op amp or transistor

I have attached a picture of a device on a small booster amplifier. Does anyone know what it is. It in a SOT-23-5 package. I would like to know the specification of it and if there is a through hole equivalent.

Single opamps are usually SOT-23-5.


The short-form code printed on it will be manufacturer-specific and hard to track down.

Many power FETs are placed in that package as are regulators.
Have a look at the schematics for the unit for confirmation.
