That speaker is fairly good because it's a Jensen Alnico Vintage fullrange.
I can Tell it's a Alnico magnet[Aluminium Nickel Cobalt],rather than the normal ceramic magnet, because it's got a square metal frame with a metal rod in between.
Depending on the condition of the cone, because very old speakers with paper cones and paper surround. The very old paper will be weaker and thinner than when it was new, especially if it was exposed to dampness and/or Sunlight.
Not much use an old speaker like that, except for maybe in a practice guitar amp with a valve head.
But as it's a very old Jensen Alnico vintage fullrange,I suggest you find a antiques/vintage auction and see how much it might be worth!
