I know I already asked a similar question, but I emailed support at Elmo and the guy basically told me that switching the top lens wouldn't help. So, what I'm asking is, does anyone know of a chart that may compare different OHP magnification levels? I only need to move this projector back less than 2 feet, but it would make my room setup a LOT more tolerable (especially since I just got a futon for my room).
I'd be willing to buy a new one, but I don't know how much I'd be willing to spend. It really depends on the brightness, bulb cost, and mangificaction.

Alternative lens for OHP
I had similar question. Check out the link below and you would be able to get the right lense. The problem is to retrofit the OHP with the new lense. That's why several people in the group are building their own box. I did a trial box with an alternative lense and quickly found out that to keep all parts (light, frasnel, LCD panel, lens) perfactly straight and at proper distance could be time consuming and frustrating.
