I have a nice pair of Ohm F speakers inherited from a colleague. I have been driving them with a 40 WPC Kenwood KA5700. I seldom listen very loudly but when I do it appears I am driving the daylights out of the Kenwood judging from the meters on the panel. What is a reasonable power amplifier to pair with these big Ohms?
They need a lot of current. I would recommend the heaviest solid state amp you're comfortable lifting. You haven't heard your F's yet.
