I have Spectra C of nView is not showing DVD movies via computer. My moview on computer screen is fine and the moment I extend that to LCD display of nView and the Divx or Win Media Player shows nothing in the window on LCD screen. My desktop extended window shows icons and everything. It seems quite magical. Like Half the window on my Laptop screen shows moview and the part extended on nView display shows nothing and does show Divx or Media Play enclosing windows and rest all except the motion. nView is 640X480 and 32 Bit colors.
Any suggestion.

I had the same problem i fixed it by putting my computer into 640 x 480 256 color mode make sure you have done this also if its the same model i have spectra c then use the analog connection for connecting to pc and not the 15 pin to 15 pin monitor cable cause this did not work for me.
Extended View on Multiple Monitors
Are you putting your desktop across 2 monitors, or are you using the pass through option on your LCD panel? Nearly all VGA cards with dual monitor output won't decode DVD onto the 2nd monitor. This is especially a pain if you want to show DVDs on a 2nd monitor with a laptop for presentation purposes. The only solution that I know of is to make the LCD your primary VGA monitor by putting it on the first connector. There might be a software DVD player out there that would make this work the way you have it setup now, but I haven't found any that will work that way. I've tried WinDVD and PowerDVD XP. Unfortunately I think this might be a "tough luck chuck" situation. Sorry!
