Nview shows desktop then goes to nview screen

I have a nview viewframe tft the problem is when I plug it in it immidltly goes to my desktop for a split sec then goes the the nview screen. I pressed every button on the ramote. made my pc 640 by 480 60hz.
I have right power adapter etc etc I have it plugged into analog.
Can some one help me asap??

the split sec desktop screen Hard to get with camera but i did

bought db15 to 9 pin and stuck it into the digital port.
the screen goes black but when I unplug it it goes back to the nview screen?
Any help please

I took it apart on the bottom of the bord there is hard glue that looks like it reacted with a metal. I thinks thats the problem.

If any one has this motherbord because they have a extra or their lcd is cracked i'll pay $$ for it.
