That's what works best with the declining response of the FR as you go
down in frequency (open baffle) and the increasing response of the woofer
as you go up (again, open baffle).
12 dB/octave (Q about .7) for both slopes. This gives flat response with
the drivers in phase for most drivers.
Use any op amps you like. I use only fet buffers these days for this.
Power? Most of the time I run them at a fraction of a watt. 10 watts
is usually plenty for an amplifier unless you're running a disco...
