I have tried many times to post a photo, but I have not been sucessful. I have resized to keep under the limit, but when I use the browse to post, nothing appears under the preview. Yes I have done a seach, but did not find what I was looking for.

Here is the process that I am using from start to what we have here.
1. I pick the post reply button
2. I then get the post reply screen
3. I go the the attach file location and pick the browse button
4. I browse for the file and select the file. In the dialog box the location appears; C:\.....
5. I then pick the preview reply button and the only thing that shows is the text that I typed.

You mentioned the "choose file" underneath the reply window. I have not seen this option. Is the problem that I am still under moderation? B.T.W., how long you I have to be under moderation?

The preview doesn't show pictures.
Just click 'Submit reply' and your post will contain the picture.
You are out of moderation now.

you can use a compress file
change the file type jpeg or gif
then use a compress file example zip file or a rar file
change the file type jpeg or gif
then use a compress file example zip file or a rar file
