I have a topping TP60 and notice a small noise when I put my ears next to the speakers. Surprisingly this noise seems to be independent on the volume level. I thought noise floor would depend on it. Am I wrong ?

I just got one of these to upgrade my PC setups amp.
I had my DAC and old amp attached to the USB port on the back of my Corsair keyboard. No issue.
Change the amp to the TP60 and I get a high pitch noise from the speakers separate from the volume as well... I then plug the USB into a port on top of my case and the noise sort of goes away... Its still BARELY there but not bad enough not to use the amp...
I tested my other DAC and w/o it even being powered up and just touching the USB cable to it causes the noise as well...
is this the TP60 causing this issue??? I wrote Topping 2 emails and have not gotten any response from them.
