No sound from new McIntosh C22-MKV preamp

Just purchased a new in the box McIntosh c22-MK V tube preamp. When I hooked up my new Sonos Port streamer to the line inputs of the c22, still no sound out of all 3 of the line inputs. I even checked to make sure the mute on c22 is off, as well as connecting a different source to the input of the c22 and still no sound at all.
Has anyone who owns one of these preamps ever experienced anything such as this? This is a first with me from a McIntosh product, as I own many other Mac pieces I purchased new. Please let me know. I believe this could be a warranty issue. Sincerely

Hi - Have you tried both outputs? Tried balanced and unbalanced? Try the headphone jack to see if you have output there? Also - consider toggling those front panel output switches a few times in case they are glitchy? Good luck.
Hi there! I’ve tried all of the things u mentioned, even trying all of the 3 line inputs as well. Still not a sound from the headphones or anything. Please note that I just got this new out of the box. This is quite a strange matter for me.

Tubes light up, clicking is heard when switching between lines inputs 1,2 and 3, even after I ensured that my new 2025 components were working properly. As a last resort, McIntosh Labs sent me a replacement 12AT7 output tube to see if it would solve the issue. It did not.

Are you close to a dealer? Any McIntosh dealer will be happy to do the warranty work, since they will get reimbursed.
They may even be able to fix it while you wait.

I assume the other preamp works normally with the same equipment.
