No response after four emails

Hello,
I bought two whammy boards. I got a tracking number which is wrong. When I track to number, the status is fulfilled. But it was fulfilled even before I ordered the boards.
After trying 4 times to contact the store via email, I now try via the forum. Please help.

Hi Heiner. I just checked our helpdesk email queue (which is cleared usually once or twice a day). I can't see any emails from anyone with the same email address you're using for diyaudio.com, but I can see you did place an order using that email address. So...

1. I can see that USPS delivered your package to Canada, and it was meant to go to Germany. Don't worry, sometimes these mistakes happen and we will resolve your issue.
2. What email address have you been using to try to contact the store to date? I'm guessing it was wrong.
3. Can you please contact the store helpdesk by email via contact@diyaudiostore.com and we'll take care of you
4. For your convenience I've sent an email to the email address you used for your order (which is the same as you use on here), from the helpdesk. Just reply to that if you like.

thank you. I am happy that now someone is looking after me. All four emails were written to the correct adress.

no 1. You can see that a package was delieverd to canada. It was not mine, as this was delivered before I ordered.

to 3. I did this just before I write now via the forum. (I used the link you provided to be sure to make no mistake)
no. 4 no email reached me.

I can see your latest email did reach the store, that's the first one we have received. I can also see you didn't reply to the email we sent you. Please add contact@diyaudiostore.com to your address book, turn off your anti-spam and/or whitelist contact@diyaudiostore.com to ensure you receive our emails.

Alternatively, if you continue to have problems with your @cityweb.de address, please try using a different email address. We respond to tens of emails every day and have almost never heard of this situation, so I think it's probably your email host.

Elena will be in touch with you shortly, via PM on the forum to your "heifisch" account to be sure that you receive our messages, as there's no point sending email if it won't be received. Sorry about the misdelivery, we'll fix it!
