Hi. I attempted to log in on my home computer but couldn't get any further that "thank you for logging in - payitforwardeddie" before being returned to the loggin page. Tried requesting new password. That didn't work although its OK now that I'm at work on the company's PC. Any ideas?
If you're using an old version of Explorer you may also have issues, so you could try a different browser as well if Dave's solution doesn't help.
