I made a small donation to the forum July 31, but I don't seem to have received credit for having done so (i.e., no "star" or enhanced forum features). I'd assumed - perhaps mistakenly - that my donation would be automatically traceable to my username. Was/is there an extra step I need to take, or was this merely a symptom of the recent system changeover?
Not complaining; I just figure more "stars" would encourage others to donate as well. Thanks!

I'll pass this over to Jason to look into. It is possible that with all the ongoing forum upgrades that something has 'broken'.
Are the options you should have available such as being able to turn off adverts and an increase in pm limits ?

Thanks guys! I figured it was related to the recent upgrades, so I waited several days first to see if it would sort itself out. You're busy enough as it is, I'm sure. 🙂
It did not help...
Should I relogin to see the changes?
No, relogin did not help.
Thanks guys. I will look into and fix this today. Thank you for your support!
Thanks! My PM box is still 99% full. 😎
Try deleting useless msg's. I do it once any msg has been read or sent, so, my inbox is almost all time at zero.

Thanks, but as a sponsor I am not supposed to have 100 messages limit.
The cause of the problem has been found and a resolution is being worked on. Should be fixed in a few hours. Everyone who has donated since the problem started on 1st August will be taken care of. Thanks for your patience.
Hi Anatoliy,
Just updated software and it's bugs. You aren't alone, but Jason will get it fixed. No worries.
I think most people are grateful for your contributions in the forums. I am.

I have now fixed the problem (it had to do with our new server SSL certificates and a specific program compiler issue) and will now go about fixing people's account statuses. Please allow me a few hours to sort existing donations out. Thank you again for your donations and support!
