For that money, I'd hire a contractor. Too much stuff to mix based on internet reviews and adverts - to get a system that's well integrated you need someone who has practical experience with a wide array of products.
For instance, you mention 8 Tannoy VXP-12Qs. I'm guessing you want even coverage over a large area. Or do you? The last install we did put 2 monster JBLs at one end of the room. Not only impressive to look at, the falloff allowed loud music for the dancers on the parquet right in front of them and more reasonable levels back around the pool table beyond the seating. We had small speakers over the table and at the bar for even, easy listening when that was called for.

Thanks for the response, thing is I live in Pakistan and we got no such good contractors who know about setting up these kinda systems, they all know stuff relating to open air..I was thinking the same thing that 8 speakers might be a bit too much right... Another question if I buy stuff from different manufacturers and connect em would there be some misbalance...I mean ppl usually day if u have a pioneer amp then go for the same company speakers, woofer etc ...
Also if someone cud tell me the best stuff that I shud buy, cuz again got no such expert contractor and got to do it byself ... Also do lemme know how good is electrovoice compared to denon/ Tannoy

The area is abt 3100sq ft and I want music all over being not only louddd but best quality I could buy 🙂
Are you going to buy online? Sweetwater has everything you need and their sales reps have a reputation for knowing their products.
Stage Accompany in the Netherlands makes some pro speakers with ribbon tweeters. Those probably sound nice, if cost is not a problem.
You should probably have two (maybe 3) Technics turntables as well, if you're likely to have visiting DJs that still use vinyl. Build the booth table out of something like cement or marble to prevent feedback.
If money isn't a problem, there are some hifi amps that cross over to the pro market. I know of one PA system that uses all Bryston power amps. You might want to use those for the main speakers and more powerful pro amps for the subwoofers.
If you're liable to host old-school house DJs, a rotary mixer like a UREI 1620 plus a Richard Long style isolator would be welcomed.
