Maybe this is a little bit stupid question.

I got a AL ACS33 PC speaker and it use one BA5417 and one TA8229K chip.
Is there anyway it can be upgrade by using some transistor or some electric component add-on to the chip for more power out-put?

Hi Mikka

You will probably find that the psu for the amp is optimised for that power output, you might have to build a better supply before thinking of upgrading components.

I can only find the specs for the TA8229K on the chipdocs site, and as I am not a member I can't download it, but it looks like it is a 2 x 2w amp on a chip.
