Ok,i have a set of old Cambridge SoundWorks satellites and have managed to get a Frquency response diagram for them.
these satellites have a rise in their response from 2 - 5Khz .
I am currently using them via equaliztion through my sound card and sound damn nice with a sligth 2db 8Khz peak and a 3db dip between 2 - 5 Khz.
Now how do i create a circuit or something inside the satellite enclosure that would do the midrange dip work for me.I dont like software equalizers............
Cheers!! AND thanks and bow down to ye audio gurus........

what about impedance rising from nominal 8Ohm to around 30Ohm in notch filter area? Is that something we should be concerned about?
