HOLY CRAP! Seriously though, you need slightly bigger speakers. Those are not touching the ceiling.

An 18/12/1" (or is it 2'?) on top of some sort of bandpass or horn sub? Do the subs get any deeper than the mains, or just "add more bass"? Typically, to get a horn to go lower than a reflex 18", it's got to be huge.....
Is that 'thing' in the center supposed to be some sort of 'tailgate party' speaker? Seems like about the right form fatcor for that.

The subs are X1 boxes from speakerplans.com, they work below 90Hz the mid from 90 to 400 the 12 from 400 to 3k
The mid box was a prototype, had the JBL stuff and box, presto TV stand. They are to be center but have no idea how to go about it, still fine tuning the system. Trying to work out how much delay.😕

An 18 only down to 90? You can make a 15 do that (and a high efficiency one, too). The top box is just bigger than it needs to be, but if you're never going to move it it's not a big deal. You did post this under 'PA', not home theater so we all assumed...
For the center channel you only want one mid and one tweet, centered. The higher frequencies need to come from only one point, and in the center. If you need the low freq output, or a TV stand, use two woofers flanking the mid/tweet.
