Hi,
I am new to this forum, but have been on Audiokarma for a few years.
I retired from New York State Government, and moved to South Carolina in 2002.
I quickly got bored with retirement, so started buying, rehabbing, and selling vintage stereos.
I worked with Kenwood, Pioneer, Technics and Marantz. have now settled mostly on Marantz.
I have a degree in Electrical technology (1960), so am rusty on a lot of the solid state systems.
I had a love affair in the sixties and seventies with muscle cars. Owned a 64 GTO, and a 1970 Road Runner 440 sixpack.
I was a volunteer fireman for 34 years. I served as fire chief of my department for 24 years.

Welcome to DIYaudio, your credentials are impeccable🙂
Fortunately I don't need a firechief as much as I used to with my amplifier designs😉
Look forward to hearing about some of your restoration adventures!
