I was included in the pre-release review of this new line of tubes by Psvane and I'm super impressed with my initial testing of the EL34-AT tubes I was sent. Punchy, detailed and has a sound that reminds me of a KT120. They also sent me some KT88, 300B and 12AX7 tubes to review, which I haven't gotten to yet. Linked is a video on my impressions of their EL34-AT.

I do have good sets of Svet black winged 6550C which are remarkably consistent, I use as my reference....Naturally one presumes their version is equal to or better sounding than the Russian one´s ? I await with interest.

Moving this here would be fine if I was actually a vendor selling these tubes. I was simply trying to inform the DIY community about a new line of tubes about to be released. It will be interesting to see if they move other folks posts when they are released for sale next week on Amazon. My guess is this was reported by one of my haters who is pissed they didn't get some free tubes...

I bought a pair of the Horizon 300Bs and am really impressed. Bit disappointed that the box didn’t include their specs especially the mA rating. In saying that there is a tiny sticker which says 300B / 70. Does that mean 70mA?
They do sound wonderful in my Elekit TU8900.

And that "rating" is simply used for matching tubes. It isn't indicating their max ma rating. I would assume these are designed to match the datasheet of any normal 300B tube.

@PSVANE.Official

I had purchased the Psvane T series Mark II tubes (KT88-T II) for my mono block tube amplifiers. I was thinking they were going to be good! I had ordered 2 matching pairs, as I needed 4 in total. So after plugging them in and letting the amps run a while, I began to like the sound that they were producing. Unfortunately, I could not get your tubes to bias after many times trying! I've never had any issues with my tube amps before, until I ordered these Psvane tubes! One tube red platted and caused a voltage regulator to fry! Thank goodness I was right there at the time and cut the power off. I have ran JJ, SED, Tung-Sol, Genalex Gold Lion, etc. Never had any issues running all of those tubes! I'm not the only one that has had issues with these tubes!

I sure hope that the newer Horizon tubes don't have the issues I've experienced! Good luck with them!

Hello!

I’m very sorry that you had a disappointing product experience. The issue you encountered may have been caused by rough handling during shipping, which could have led to air leakage. I’m not sure if you have already contacted the dealer for a replacement. If you haven’t or if you are facing any difficulties with after-sales service, please send me the dealer’s information via private message, and I will assist you in resolving the issue.

Regarding your question about whether the HORIZON series has addressed this problem—since vacuum tubes are very fragile, we have made improvements this year. All newly produced products now use suspension packaging to minimize vibrations during transport. Additionally, we have opened direct sales channels on our official website(psvane.co) and Amazon, allowing us to provide users with timely and free replacements for defective products.

good morning, psvane.offifcial . stop selling defective tubes. i see how many are being returned, and i come across many complaints.

stop sending out your expensive art t-III and others with fake test results. many of us have calibrated tube testers.
