There are only the unimportant parts available (only small devices and PCB are mentioned) , but not the most important parts (enclosures resp. envelope, prepared heatsinks for comfortably mounting of the power devices, electrolytic caps and transformer for power supply).
Consequently, it is of no interest to most users.
