Need Vintage Valve 4212E

Whew! $2500 for a used tube!!

Here is a new (old stock) $1 TV Horizontal Sweep tube using the "new" series Schade (UnSet, CED) circuit technology. Low B+ and high current ( so a cheap OT and power supply can be used). (50 mA/div Vert., 50V/div Horiz.) 250 Watts out should be possible using two of the larger TV "Sweeps" ($ 20 each)

Would be cheaper to build a new Amp.

I have heard Western Electric Original WE212E tubes.

Very large 5.7k / 10k switchable primary, Single Ended, with 1250V B+.

Great Sounds on a pair of Spica 50 speakers.

And . . . you should see the way the room was lighted up by those 2 Filaments!

Considering the performance and the looks, you can understand why almost-unobtanium WE212E tubes are so expensive.
But still less expensive than some Boutique amplifiers out there.

You pay for what you get.
