Need Spice Models for 2SD649 & 2SB669

I've been running spice simulations for a prototype amplifier, and need spice Models for 2SD649 & 2SB669. I've looked everywhere and come up empty so far 🙁

Can anyone out there help 🙂

The pair ECG373/374 has similar caracteristics, according to their datasheet.
