Need Source for FS30KMJ-3 and FX30KMJ-3

I Need a Source for FS30KMJ-3 and FX30KMJ-3 they must be original Mitsi devices.

Tried all the far east copies and they soon fail.

Preferably UK source if not US would ok.

I can certainly supply you working ones of both types FS30KMJ-3 and FX30KMJ-3 at £1.80 each device correct New old stock MIT fully functioning with correct Vgs of 1.5V(SHOULD BE 1 TO 2 V) i FOUND ALL FAKES AROUND 3.7V AND DO NOT WORK IN SOME APS AT ALL LIKE AS YOU MAY KNOW TECHNICS PIANOS . Of course you realise these are out of manufacture. Also FS30KMJ-3 the same price. All plus carriage at cost £2 for 1st class recorded regardless of quantity. Tested on DCA55 component analyser - BELIEVE ME I KNOW ALL ABOUT FAKE ONES I COULD HAVE SUPPLIED YOU THEM VERY CHEAP ALSO COULD HAVE SUPPLIED YOU ORIGINALS MUCH CHEAPER IF I DIDNT HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEMS AS YOU HAVE IT COST ME A FORTUNE AND MANY JUST THROWN.
