Need some help with such a problem...

The problem I experience is as follows.
I implemented my own DAC evaluation board (based on PCM63-K grade, and SM5813 digital filter) into an old CDP AKAI-57. Before starting the work I tested the CDP for number of days continuous work showing no problems at all. Once I put the new board and its own power supply (addittional heat sources) the machine works normally for 15 - 20 minutes and starts scratching and hissing on high level impulse sounds (female voices, piano etc.) If the CD is stopped it becomes unrecognisable (zeroes on the display) and needs some rest before to start working again.
I changed the spindel motor and the laser pick up with new ones but the problem still persists. Important fact is that in my shack in the building basement where is 17 degs, I can not see the problem to catch it. Still with open top cover to dissipate heat, the unit shows the problem in my living room where is 25 degs...
Please, advise ...

I tried the following experiment.
1. After max. 20 minutes of work the player stops and does not want to read disks.
2. After 2 hours switched on, tempered but not playing the player starts immediately CDs
Obviously the problem is pointing to the laser pick up. What is upsetting is that the "new" pick up stops working earlier than the old but original one 🙁 Seems KSS210A (or KSS150) is no longer trusty? Any ideas how/where I can find reliable KSS210A and for what price?
