This one should be easy to adapt: http://www.tubeaudio.8m.com/RH84/rh84.html
Gain will be lower. Should be ok if you have a pre-amp with some gain.

Hello guys!
I need a schematic for 4x el84 in PSE Mode this one but i can't understand some things like 10 (ohm)/2A ressistors at HV PSU (Maybe he mean 2W) and why there is higher voltage in screens than in plates so i decided not to use it.
have you any ideas for any schematic?
PS.* Sorry for my english

Nothing?????
why there is higher voltage in screens
Both, anode supply voltage and screen voltage come from same point at the power supply, so the anode voltage is slightly less due to OPT DC-resistance. This is typical arrangemet. You can use it with no concern.
I quess those 10 / 2A means 10 ohms and 2 watts. Anyhow, these resistors are not critical at all.
One comment concerning the power supply.
It is not necessary to use DC heater voltage for EL84s.
Use DC for ECC83 only. This makes the power supply simpler.
One question: Why 4 x EL84 as SE connected ?
