Need Pinout Help, Silvertone Organ Amp

Since this is an instrument amp, I'm posting this here but only as a request to redirect yourself to the thread there if you might be able to help. This is a Sears/Silvertone electric organ tube amp, organ model 4722, chassis number 157.47223, originally built by Thomas. I need help with finding the proper input and output connections.
