Need Pinout Help, Silvertone Organ Amp

I have a Silvertone (nee Thomas) amp model 4722, chassis 157.47223. It worked when it was removed from the organ., but the remover did not bother to trace the pinouts. I need some help figuring out which pins/connections to use for input and output for a guitar.

Here's the top from either side:

And here's the bottom, left side is power/output, right is input. The volume control (previous had a pedal on it) sticks out the right end. There's a few on the outside of the left end.

There's a switchable 1/4" TRS jack on the output side, one leg to the transformer, the other an orange wire going to the multi-pin plug. The input plus has a bunch of wires to connections along the edge of the board, plus a couple (orange and red) going to the other edge(s) farther away.

I have no SAMS nor access to any. Sears doesn't have anything on this model.

Can anyone tell me what wires/connections/etc. I need to hook into on the input and output sides?

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, Sears/Silvertone had used that model number previously, for a 1938 radio intended for farm use, and that is what he has available. The item I need is more specifically chassis number 157.47223. However, someone with such an extensive collection of vintage schematics he may have access to or know of a source for the correct material. I have already asked him, so your assistance may yet prove productive. Thanks again.

Seven. Four on the PCB, three in the power section. Placed as so:

Not only do I need to find hot and ground for both input and output (I suspect I've found both are grounded to chassis) but one side the AC line goes through the fuse to the output side plug, and ends there. No jumper on the plug. Pilot lamp line to the organ before returning to do its amplification task? If so, what line from the plug?
