Anyone have ideas of getting mylar to tension into a curved surface.
ideas i had
1. build curve table with window cut out, the back stator will be allowed to move up and down through the window.
2. Use wood dowels as rollers to get wrinkle free uniform tension in the vertical direction only.
thoughts?

Hi,
with a curved table tensioning is very easy and DIYable

btw. you don´t need a cutout window! Just think of changing the curvature of the table from convex to concave or vice versa 😉
