Need Help with Denon AVR-5803 no Subwoofer output

I have a Denon AVR-5803 and the SW output on the back doesn't seem to have an output. In fact, I'm not sure any of the Pre-outs has an Output.

I bought the Receiver in 2002 New. Has not given me any problems. It was in storage in my house from 2004 - 2013 when I hooked it back up and am using it to run Martin Logan Aerius i fronts, a Martin Logan Logos Center and a couple small Pioneer rears. When I first took it out of Mothballs a year or so ago, I hooked up an old powered sub to it and it sounded bad and quit pretty quick.

I took the sub apart and notice some blown caps, these caps apparently fail on the old cheap Infinity subs. So figured I would eventually replace them and see what happens.

A week ago I bought a Dayton 12" sub. Hooked it up to the SW pre out and got nothing.

Ran some music off my cell phone into the sub and it worked, replaced the sub to amp cable, still nothing. I am testing with the built in noise generator to set levels on all the channels.

I hooked up the sub to the FR pre outs and also got nothing. Then hooked up a small audioengine powered speaker to the FR and Center Pre outs and get nothing. I confirmed that speaker works as well.

Checked the cable and tried 3 of those.

Are there any Internal fuses that could cause this?

Any suggestions on where to go next?

I like the amp and would like to continue to use it, it swings enough current to drive these Electrostats well.
