Hey 🙂
I have a studio and I am looking at branching into Atmos. I have a pair of Barefoot MM27s and was looking to diy some 2 ways to pair up with it within a reasonable budget.
If anyone has any input on some driver combinations im fully open to suggestions. Thank you!

Honestly can't tell if this is a serious post.
MM27s cost $10,000 and are active 3 way MTMs with Hypex amps.
What does getting into Atmos mean? What are you expecting to DIY with a pair of 2 ways? What's a reasonable budget? etc

I’ll bite.
In my experience the barefoot is considered a near field monitor right? So you might be looking for some mains/far field with less analytical functions but more fun sound to just double check how your production would sound in a club environment.
May I suggest this one:
https://celestion.com/blog/build-this-15-two-way-pa-cabinet-design/
Or with dual bass:

Consider active crossover dual amps with DSP to tweak some frequencies to your room.
Consider also a different custom cabinet to fit your room, like this pic.
Warning: you may like it so much you won’t use the barefoot ever again.
