There are a couple SMT parts I can't figure out. Can you help?
Top mark, package, notes
1. 688, SOT89, NPN
2. W3, SOT23-5, from HB-PPM of Punch 45HD daughterboard
3. DK (upper) QD (lower), SOT89 (SOT23 would be BCX42), NPN
4. W25, SOT23
5. T4, SOT23-6, may be linear voltage regulator
6. 2Z, SOT23, PNP?
7. p05, SOT23
When trying to identify parts, I usually check out SMD Halbleiter Code 0... and NXP's website. Are there other good resources?

1. Pretty sure it's Diodes, Inc. (formerly Zetex) FCX688B.
2. ROHM (and others) FMW3.
3. Used as FET gate driver in totem pole with SOT89 BCX52-10 [which has marking AG (upper) QB (lower)].
Can anyone help identify the last 5 parts?
Or suggest good SMT marking code lookup sites?

Do you have a bag of loose parts? Or are they in something, and if so, WHAT? Maybe we have a schematic.
I usually find it easier to look up R101 in a schematic than to try to ID on the board.

Thanks for the reply Enzo. These parts are on PCBs for which I don't have the schematic.
#3 is on the gate driver daughterboard from a Tsunami dB1100 car amp.
8. pink (cathode end) then blue band, MELF/SOD80, 400V+ diode
How does one find color band codes for MELF/SOD80 diodes? I found this and this, but they don't have this particular color band code.
