Whats a glutinious transistor ? 😀 😀 Do you mean the heatsink compound has "set" and gone hard. It can be like glue sometimes. If thats it just prise it off, and clean the old stuff off with alcohol or WD40. Use fresh compound and probably a new mounting kit (Washer/mica etc)

Pull it off with pliers, if it's just the regular compound
If it's been glued there with some kind of thermal epoxy, then its unlikely you will get it off without damage. A wood chisel at the meeting faces might remove it.

i was succes pulling them this afternoon ,i'm using pliers but i spray them first with penetrant such philips lubricant & contact cleaner
