Need help for JFET amplifier

Can anybody recommend a discrete JFET preamplifer whose voltage gain is over 10 with supply voltage is 5V.The frequency of input signal is from 0.1Hz to 20Hz.

I have tried numerous JFET tubes to build up circuit working at Q point but can't get enough gain at low frequency.Attachment is schematic with pspice.

0.1 Hz to 20Hz, Why not use a FET OpAmp designed for low voltage single rail use. Much easier, much better performance.
What are you trying to do ?
Or a bipolar OpAmp with discrete FET front end.
