Need help finding mid driver for my horn speakers

Hi everyone, I hope y’all are doing well. I have avant-garde acoustic Unos from 1999 and I recently broke the membrane of them. It’s an easy fix of glueing them back together but then I thought I would change the driver all in all. The stock drivers sound very cold and are way too fatiguing, the detail is insane but just not enjoyable for more than 1 hour so I’m happy to swap them

Does anyone have any mid range driver recommendations for horns? Budget is 1.5k usd for both drivers
they are 12cm drivers 8ohms

I’m particularly new and this would be my version of diy 🙂

Thanks to anyone that can help me

AA says this about the horn/driver:

"By accurate computation we enhance the functionality of the spherical horns to work as a crossover filter. This super–crossover has no components and solely works with the medium air. Thus it is totally lossless and free of any artifacts. By defining the horn mouth area we cut low frequencies with 18 dB and with an air volume in front of the horn throat we cut high frequencies with 12 dB."

The type of drivers AA uses are not going to make for easy "drop-in" replacement recommendations.

A photo of the actual driver, physical measurements and dc resistance may get some ballpark guesses going.
