Did you try sending a PM to pinkmouse, who posted the Eagle BRD file? He might be able to supply you with the Gerbers. According to his profile, pinkmouse was "last seen" on diyAudio on October 3, 2022 so it appears that he might still be active on the forum. It's worth a try.
