We have 6 genesis amps, 4ch and 2 channels amplifiers. We upgraded the capacitors and replace the TL074 opamps at the buffer and filter section by OPA4134. I experiencing cracklings of speakers and tweeters on several amps, DC offset and DC out and burnt tweeters.
Badly need your advice opinion and suggestion? Is there design consideration if using the burr brown

I'd suggest that you contact Gordon at the amp doctor in the UK. He knows these amps better than most anyone.
It's likely that something is causing oscillation. You may need to install additional bypass caps (power supply pins to ground) on the op-amps. Contact Gordon before you do anything.
