Does anyone no if this 15" LCD Monitor is as easy to take apart as the 14" 1545V? I have located a refurbished oneat a decent price and am wondering if it is worth shelling out the bucks for it. I know that it will most likely be slightly large than most fresnels I can get but it would still be better than the panel I have now. The deciding factor will be how easy it will be to take apart.
The 1545v is also a 15" monitor...
But this was posted today about the 1555v, I also posted the link at the bottom.

NEC 1555V is not usable (for me) Post #339
Hello all,
I just finished disassembling a NEC LCD1555VBK. I think the panel bears a HannStar logo and the boards attached to the LCD are conected via a tiny ribbon cable. I will post pictures if anyone is interested.
