After a recap of my NAD 3155 I dropped and fractured the volume control. I repaired it with a Panasonic volume control which has loudness taps and two shafts for balance, but I would like to get the correct pot in it.
You'll have to post a good photo of the original.
Anything like this?

Image Below:
Rear section (according to schematic and from the part) 50KMN balance connected to inner shaft.
Front section (according to schematic and from the part) 20KBX2, I believe this one is an audio/log taper since the center tap is 5.87K from the low side of the control.
Thanks for the help!!

Thanks. I feared as much. I found the stages so I will build one up using the Panasonic's mechanicals.
I will post the steps in the Forums.

Hi, did you manage to build up a new pot and did it finally work well ? I am looking at getting a NAD 3100 that has a faulty pot so may have to look at doing something similar. Thanks for any inputs...
That pot seems to have been used on some other NAD products as well (7140), etc. You might try emailing NAD at Parts-USA@Lenbrook.com. The NAD part number is 41-686-0-0. I've attached the service manual as well.
