Hi.
I am contemplating on building an n-mos only self oscillating class D amplifier. I wonder if there is any way of driving the high side n-mos without using any auxillary power supply (the MAX5064-chip seems useful, any ideas?). I would prefer if this could be done using MAX626/627/628 or discrete components since I have difficulties to obtain anything else where I live.

Hi.
If you need a discrete solution please see this tread: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66571. I haven't build this circuit yet but the PSpice-sims look fine (those could of cause be very, very misleading..)
I'm gonna put up a new schematic soon that doesn't use the totem pole drivers as these seem to regarded as bad by many.
Hope you can use this input. Feel free to comment or contact me.
