My simple and fairly cheap stand

I needed a simple stand for my office/Den system so here is what I came up with.

The tiles are 12" x 12" Black Granite from Lowes $4.98 each

The corners are Rubber/Cork Anti-Vibration Pads a box of 48 for $12

I glued the pads together and ran then through my saw to skinny them up to the CD player would fit.

I put felt pads under the bottom pads (feet) so I could slide it easier to get to the back of it.

I have a similar audio rack made from 28" x 18" x 3" slate slabs spaced with engineering bricks, separated with sheets of blu-tack.
